About this Service
Many companies already have a brand identity, but it was not built to function inside the product. Over time the brand and the interface move in different directions. Marketing evolves one way, the product evolves another. The result is an inconsistent experience that slows teams and weakens user trust.
Kruse Studio refines your existing brand and connects it to the product experience through a structured design system. We tighten the identity, align how it appears across touchpoints, and translate it into a system your product team can use every day. The result is a consistent experience across product and marketing with a foundation that supports faster development and long term growth

OUR PROCESS
Week 1 – Discovery & Audit
Review the current brand, product UI, and key touchpoints. Learn the business, audience, and goals. Identify where the brand and product experience drift apart.
Week 2 – Brand Refinement
Refine the existing identity so it works across product and marketing. Tighten typography, color, and visual language to create a stronger system.
Week 3 – Brand Refinement & Delivery
Refine the identity through feedback. Deliver brand guidelines, brand assets, and final files so the team can apply the brand consistently.
Week 4 – Design System Discovery
Gather context through a design system questionnaire, product UI review, and competitive audit to understand what works today and where the system should evolve.
Week 5 – System Foundations
Define the system structure and build the core foundations including typography, color, iconography, spacing, elevation, radii, and layout rules.
Week 6 – Component Library
Create the component library with tokens, variables, and component variants so the system supports real product interfaces.
Week 7 – System Refinement & Delivery
Refine the system through feedback. Deliver documentation, organized files, and a walkthrough so the team can adopt, use, and maintain the system.
