Process and Communication
1. Initial Onboarding
We review your current brand, website, design assets, active projects, and recurring design needs.
The goal is to understand what you need now, what’s coming next, and where design can remove friction.
2. Monthly Planning
At the start of each month, we define priorities.
This may include website updates, pitch materials, campaign assets, landing pages, brand improvements, sales collateral, or whatever is currently blocking progress.
3. Design Execution
I work through your design requests in priority order.
You send the task, context, content, and references. I handle the design direction, layout, polish, and execution.
4. Feedback & Refinement
You review the work, send feedback, and I refine it.
The process stays lean, direct, and practical — no 14-person committee rituals unless your company enjoys pain professionally.
5. End-of-Month Review
We review what was completed, what needs to carry over, and what should be prioritized next.
