She is very good at her work, and understand the requirement & project expectations pretty well.
However, I had a super bad experience with Dribbble. Won't do more projects on Dribbble. But, Annonya is just superb.

Annonya was polite, responsive, and delivered the requested final file package. However, I was not fully satisfied with the creative process. I felt I had to provide much of the design direction and concept development myself, and the revisions often required very specific guidance to move in the right direction. While the final files were delivered professionally, the overall experience was more hands-on and frustrating than I had expected.
