Daud was one of the four or five designers I narrowed down from a field of 50+ submissions, and one of the few I trusted enough to commission for a paid exploratory round. His wordmark typography — a thin, high-contrast editorial serif with a distinctive geometric construction — was the most refined letterform craft I received throughout the entire process. The architectural restraint on his symbol mark was real, and his presentation showed genuine attention to scale and application. We ultimately moved in a different creative direction for fit reasons specific to my market, but his talent is undeniable. Highly recommended for clients seeking an elevated, editorial brand vocabulary.
