I worked end-to-end from discovery and stakeholder alignment to low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready handoff. My core strengths include user research, journey mapping, IA, and UI design, with a strong focus on scalable design systems.
I care about measurable outcomes. For example, I streamlined top-up and purchase flows for the Sohoj app and reduced average task completion time by 35% through clearer IA, prototyping, and iterative testing.
