Biography
I am an Experience Leader operating at the intersection of product strategy, design, and engineering—where vision becomes systems, and systems become outcomes at scale.
I believe the future of Product, Design, and Frontend converges back into a single discipline, Old school Web Master now =‘s Product Experience Manager. A PXM can define the problem, map the service, design the system, build the product, and deliver the code. At the leadership level, this means aligning human experience, technology, and business strategy into a cohesive operating model—not silos.
My work is grounded in the belief that great innovation happens where human experience meets technology—where we extend our senses through new mediums, platforms, and services. Guided by the Zen concept of Shoshin (beginner’s mind), I approach leadership with curiosity, openness, and humility, while applying decades of hard-won experience to complex organizational and technical challenges.
